Stuffed Avocado Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, halved
  • 1 (3 oz.) cream cheese
  • Oakfarms chive cottage cheese
  • crisp lettuce

Instructions

  1. Cut avocado in half and remove seed.
  2. Fill center with combination of cottage-chive cheese and cream cheese.
  3. Put halves back together.
  4. Chill thoroughly.
  5. At serving time, remove skin and slice avocado crosswise into rings.
  6. Serve on crisp salad greens.
