Ingredients

  • 1 package Stove Top for pork
  • 1 can mandarin orange sections, drained
  • 6 thick slices ham (about 1/4-inch)
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade

Instructions

  1. Prepare the stuffing according to package instructions and let stand for 2 minutes.
  2. Add drained mandarin orange sections to the stuffing and mix well.
  3. Place 1/4 cup of stuffing in the center of each ham slice.
  4. Roll each ham slice around the stuffing and place seam side down in a baking dish.
  5. Spoon the remaining stuffing around the ham slices in the dish.
  6. Spread orange marmalade over all the ham and stuffing.
  7. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20 to 25 minutes until heated through and lightly browned.
