Ingredients

  • 1 large baking potato
  • butter
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic
  • 1 green pepper

Instructions

  1. Slice the potato in half lengthwise.
  2. Cut out the potato from one side of the sliced potato to create a shell.
  3. Mix together butter, salt, pepper, garlic, green pepper, and onion.
  4. Fill the open shell of each potato with the mixture.
  5. Place the filled potato halves together and wrap in aluminum foil.
  6. Bake for 1 hour until the potato is cooked through.
