Ingredients

  • 2 bunches romaine or leaf lettuce
  • 2 green onions
  • 5 oz toasted almonds
  • 12 slices crispy bacon
  • 1/2 can rice noodles

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. To toast almonds, bake at 350°F for 5 minutes until golden.
  3. Chop green onions.
  4. Crumble crispy bacon slices.
  5. Wash and chop romaine or leaf lettuce.
  6. Combine lettuce, chopped green onions, toasted almonds, crumbled bacon, and rice noodles in a large bowl.
  7. Toss to mix and serve immediately.
