Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 3 large diced tomatoes
  • 2 c. shredded lettuce
  • 2 c. shredded cheese
  • sliced black olives (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix taco seasoning with sour cream and set aside.
  2. In a shallow casserole dish, layer in this order:
  3. refried beans, sour cream mixture, tomatoes, onion, lettuce and cheese. Top with sliced black olives, if desired.
  4. Chill and serve with nacho chips.
