Sugar Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. mustard

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice carrots.
  2. Cook until tender and drain.
  3. Put in a medium-size dish.
  4. In microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, brown sugar and mustard.
  5. Microwave on High for 1 minute or until butter and sugar are melted.
  6. Stir well.
  7. Pour over carrots.
  8. Can be reheated when ready to serve.
