Sugar Carrots

Instructions
- Peel and slice carrots.
- Cook until tender and drain.
- Put in a medium-size dish.
- In microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, brown sugar and mustard.
- Microwave on High for 1 minute or until butter and sugar are melted.
- Stir well.
- Pour over carrots.
- Can be reheated when ready to serve.
