Ingredients

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. pecan halves

Instructions

  1. Boil sugar, milk, and cinnamon to soft ball stage.
  2. Add in 1 big tablespoon of butter.
  3. Stir in pecan halves.
  4. Stir until well-coated.
  5. Turn out on waxed paper and separate.
