Ingredients

  • 1 pound pecans
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 egg white

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. Whip egg white in a separate bowl.
  3. Add pecans to the whipped egg white and coat them well.
  4. Roll the coated pecans in the sugar and cinnamon mixture.
  5. Place the coated pecans on a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour.
  7. Stir the pecans every 15 minutes during baking.
