Ingredients

  • 1 angel food cake
  • 2 small boxes vanilla sugar-free pudding
  • 1 can pineapple chunks
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 carton lite Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Slice or cube the angel food cake into pieces.
  2. In a deep trifle bowl, layer the angel food cake pieces at the bottom.
  3. Drain the pineapple chunks and distribute evenly over the cake layer.
  4. Prepare the vanilla sugar-free pudding according to package instructions, using 3 cups of milk, then let it set.
  5. Spread a layer of the prepared pudding over the pineapple and cake.
  6. Top with lite Cool Whip, spreading evenly.
  7. Repeat layers as desired, ending with Cool Whip on top.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
