Ingredients

  • 1 small can unsweetened crushed pineapple
  • 1 orange flavored sugar-free Jell-O
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Heat the crushed pineapple until it reaches a boiling point.
  2. Dissolve the orange flavored sugar-free Jell-O into the hot pineapple.
  3. When the mixture begins to thicken, add the buttermilk and Cool Whip.
  4. Mix well and refrigerate until set.
