Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. lemon gelatin
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 small pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 c. or less sugar
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 large can Carnation milk

Instructions

  1. Dissolve lemon gelatin in water.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and beat well.
  3. Add the juice of one lemon to the cream cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.
  4. Beat the Carnation milk until stiff peaks form, ensuring the milk is very cold before beating.
  5. Combine all ingredients and pour into a prepared cracker crust.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator overnight before serving.
