Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons cold water
  • 1 1/3 cups yogurt (any flavor)

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix flour, margarine, and powdered sugar until crumbly.
  3. Sprinkle in cold water, one teaspoon at a time, stirring until dough forms.
  4. Press about 3 tablespoons of dough into the bottom and up the sides of each of four ungreased 6-ounce custard cups, to within 1/2 inch of the top.
  5. Bake until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 10 minutes.
  7. Carefully remove the crusts from the cups with a small spatula and let cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. Fill each cup with 1/3 cup yogurt.
  9. Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
