Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. instant coffee
  • 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3 c. cold water
  • 2 trays ice cubes
  • 6 twists lemon peel
  • sugar and cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine coffee, cinnamon and cloves in a 1-quart measurer. Add boiling water.
  2. Stir until coffee mixture is dissolved.
  3. Add cold water.
  4. Refrigerate, covered, until ready to serve.
