Instructions
- Using electric mixer, beat egg yolks 1 minute.
- Add milk and beat 1 minute longer.
- Add sifted dry ingredients at low speed and beat 1 minute.
- Add the melted butter and beat until blended.
- Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
- Use 1 1/2 cups of batter to fill grids once.
- Pour batter in center and spread evenly to fill all 4 corners.
- Makes three 4 section waffles.
