Sundance Sundae

Instructions
- Put sugar/cinnamon mixture into brown paper bag, set aside.
- Cut each tortilla into 4 triangle pieces (like nachos).
- Fry each tortilla piece briefly in a fry pan sprayed with oil. As they finish, pop immediately into the paper bag with sugar mixture and shake to coat.Set on paper towels. Continue frying and coating till gone.
- Add 1-tsp. cinnamon and chili to heated fudge topping and stir to blend.
- Layer sundae as follows:
- tortilla triangle, scoop of icecream, 1TB. fudge topping, tortilla triangle, scoop of ice cream, fudge topping, whipped cream, and sprinle with peanuts.
- Repeat for each sundae.
