Ingredients

  • 3 oranges (juice and grated rind)
  • 4 lb. sugar (5 lb. bag less 2 c.)
  • 2 1/2 pt. boiling water
  • 2 oz. citric acid

Instructions

  1. Mix the orange juice and grated rind with sugar and boiling water.
  2. Stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Pour the mixture equally into three 1-gallon milk jugs.
  4. Fill each jug with water to dilute the concentrate.
  5. Add coloring as desired.
  6. Serve in a punch bowl with added ginger ale.
