Ingredients

  • 6 bass fillets (2 to 3 lb.)
  • 1 cup white crab meat
  • 2 cups Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 2 tablespoons margarine or butter

Instructions

  1. Mix crab meat, stuffing, and butter together until well combined.
  2. Ensure the mixture holds together enough to form a patty, but is not mushy.
  3. Place three bass fillets in the bottom of a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Spread the stuffing mixture on top of each fillet, molding it to conform to the shape of the fillet.
