Sunflower Seed Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 c. rolled oats
  • 3/4 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/4 c. shelled sunflower seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. peanut butter
  • 1/2 c. liquid honey
  • 1/4 c. oil

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 300°.
  2. Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Combine all dry ingredients together.
  4. Add peanut butter, honey and oil and mix well.
  5. Spread into pan and pat down well.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour before cutting into bars.
  7. Store in an airtight container.
