Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cup boiling hot water
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup green onion minced
  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley minced
  • 1 medium lime rimd and juice
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. cook rice according to package directions,omitting salt.
  2. remove from heat.
  3. now add remaining ingredients.
  4. toss and put in a dish.
