A vibrant, refreshing slush combining tropical fruits and citrus with rum, perfect for summer parties or relaxing afternoons, offering a sweet, tangy, and boozy treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • 46 oz. pineapple juice
  • 6 oz. orange juice (frozen)
  • 6 oz. frozen lemonade
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. rum

Instructions

  1. Boil water and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Let the sugar water cool completely.
  3. Mash the bananas and add them to the pineapple juice, orange juice, and lemonade.
  4. Add the cooled sugar water and rum to the mixture.
  5. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
  6. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze until solid.
  7. Once frozen, fill glasses with the slush.
  8. Top each glass with 7-Up before serving.
