Ingredients

  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/8 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 can (10) biscuits

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage in frying pan and drain grease.
  2. Fluff eggs with whip.
  3. Mix browned sausage, cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
  4. In a 9 x 13-inch pan, sprayed with Pam, layer bottom with 5 of the biscuits, mashing biscuits out.
  5. Pour mixture over biscuits.
  6. Mash other 5 biscuits and place on top.
  7. Cook at 400° for 10 to 15 minutes.
  8. Omelet is done when biscuits are brown.
