A refreshing, fruity punch with cranberry and pineapple flavors, enhanced by almond extract and topped with a fizzy ginger ale, perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 c. cranberry juice
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 Tbsp. almond extract
  • 2 qt. ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Combine cranberry juice, sugar, pineapple juice, and almond extract in a large pitcher or bowl and stir well until the sugar is dissolved.
  2. Add ginger ale to the mixture just before serving to maintain its fizz.
  3. Serve the punch over ice, garnished with an ice ring made of cherries, orange slices, and ginger ale, which has been frozen for several hours or overnight.
