Ingredients

  • Add together in blender:
  • 2 scoops chocolate protein powder( I used optimum nutrition)
  • 1/2 cup stevia
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 3 egg whites
  • 3/4 cup unsweetend vanilla coconut milk
  • Dash of vanilla
  • Add after mixture has been blended:
  • 1/2 cup 60^ cacao chips or Dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Once everything has been blended spray muffin tins with cooking spray, or use paper liners.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
