Suzie'S Rolls
Ingredients
Instructions
- Scald milk, add margarine, sugar and salt.
- In a large bowl, beat eggs.
- Add yeast to milk mixture.
- Then add milk mixture to beaten eggs.
- Mix well.
- Add flour, knead.
- Place in greased bowl, or spray with cooking spray, cover with wax paper and then tea towel.
- Let rise in warm place 3-4 hours.
- Roll on floured surface. Divide into 3 equal sections.
- Roll each section out to a round 1/8-inch thick.
- Spread with soft margarine.
- Cut with a pizza cutter into 8 triangle pieces.
- Roll each up going from wide end to sharp point.
- Place on greased cookie sheet, shaping each one into a crescent.
- Let rise 2 hours.
- Bake 400 F 8-12 minutes.
- Freezes beautifully.
