Swedish Glogg is a warm, spiced wine beverage featuring port, Madeira, sherry, and aromatic herbs, perfect for festive occasions or cozy winter evenings.

Instructions
- Wrap cloves, cardamom seeds, and cinnamon stick in cheesecloth to make a herb bundle.
- Let the herb bundle steep in Port wine, Madeira, and sherry in a large pot for a couple of hours.
- Heat the mixture slowly over low heat.
- Place sugar on a rack over the wine and herb mixture, or in a metal conical sieve.
- Heat cognac in a small pot, then pour hot cognac over the sugar and ignite it to caramelize.
- Ladle the hot wine mixture over the burning sugar until dissolved.
- Cover the pot and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Pour the Glogg through a strainer before serving.
