Ingredients

  • several red potatoes, cut in 3/8-inch cubes
  • black pepper
  • red pepper
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • water

Instructions

  1. Cut the red potatoes into 3/8-inch cubes.
  2. Fill a 1-quart pot to two-thirds capacity with water.
  3. Add black pepper until the water turns solid black.
  4. Add red pepper until the water turns solid red.
  5. Cook the potatoes in oleo until they are done.
  6. Eat while watching TV.
