Ingredients

  • 6 c. sliced cucumbers
  • 1 c. sliced green peppers
  • 1 c. sliced onions
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. white vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. canning salt

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar, white vinegar and canning salt until dissolved. Pour over vegetables. Put in refrigerator. Will keep up to 6 weeks in a covered container in the refrigerator.
  2. These may also be frozen in small containers after about a week.
  3. They are crispy when thawed out.
