Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 matzos
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • dash cinnamon
  • butter

Instructions

  3. Add the soaked matzos to beaten eggs, then stir in salt, sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
