Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 4 oz. unsalted butter (cold), warm if mixing by hand
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/3 c. chilled white wine

Instructions

  1. Mix flour and butter in a food processor until crumbly (or mix by hand).
  2. Add egg, sugar and white wine.
  3. Mix together in processor.
  4. Chill for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out and put in spring-form pan to be filled with Sweet Pie Recipe.
