Ingredients

  • 8 medium sweet potatoes or one large can
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. light cream
  • 2 Tbsp. sherry wine

Instructions

  1. Cook potatoes until tender, peel, mash and whip, adding cream,
  2. butter and brown sugar, plus wine. Turn
  3. into
  4. greased casserole. Bake at 350° until heated through,
  5. about
  6. 25 minutes.
