Ingredients

  • 2 fresh sweetbreads
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 c. small whole mushroom caps
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. thick cream
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • thyme to taste
