Instructions
- Soak Bargul in water for 30 minutes.
- Chop onion, parsley, mint leaves and tomatoes very fine.
- Add Bargul (after you have removed water from it), lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Mix well and serve on fresh lettuce leaves.
