Instructions
- Season ground beef with salt, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin and black pepper.
- On cookie sheet, place a single layer of chips.
- Top each with a slice of cheese.
- Add one tablespoon of ground beef and pepper.
- Bake at 400° for 5 to 10 minutes or until topping is hot and cheese is bubbling.
- Remove and top each snack with a tablespoon of cold guacamole.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes approximately 4 servings.
