Ingredients

  • 1/4 lb. browned ground beef
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. chili powder
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • cumin
  • black pepper
  • 1 bag tortilla chips
  • 30 slices Cheddar cheese
  • cold guacamole salad
  • mild peppers

Instructions

  1. Season ground beef with salt, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin and black pepper.
  2. On cookie sheet, place a single layer of chips.
  3. Top each with a slice of cheese.
  4. Add one tablespoon of ground beef and pepper.
  5. Bake at 400° for 5 to 10 minutes or until topping is hot and cheese is bubbling.
  6. Remove and top each snack with a tablespoon of cold guacamole.
  7. Serve immediately.
  8. Makes approximately 4 servings.
