Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter

Instructions

  1. Mix together thoroughly.
  2. Pour thin layer into 6 x 8-inch sprayed frying pan.
  3. Turn once.
