Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. flour tortillas
  • 1 lb. Chiuahau cheese
  • diced tomatoes
  • shredded lettuce
  • chopped onion
  • crumbled ground beef

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef.
  2. Crumble while draining.
  3. Put some beef on tortilla; add a little tomato, lettuce and onion and top with cheese.
  4. Roll up.
  5. Pop in microwave for 30 seconds.
  6. Take out and top with salsa.
