Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 1 pkg. corn tortilla
  • Cheddar cheese
  • lettuce
  • tomatoes
  • onion
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger; drain fat.
  2. Add seasoning and water.
  3. Mix and simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Heat 1/4 inch of oil in skillet.
  5. Fry tortillas for 2 seconds, then turn and fry 2 more seconds.
  6. Drain on paper towel.
  7. Top tortillas with:
