Ingredients

  • 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Chop the semi-sweet chocolate.
  2. Combine the chopped chocolate and heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Stir constantly until the cream boils.
  4. Remove from the heat and stir until the chocolate melts.
  5. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
  6. Press plastic wrap directly on the surface of the chocolate to prevent skin formation.
  7. Refrigerate until the mixture is firm, about 2 hours, or freeze for 30 minutes.
  8. Shape the chilled mixture into 1-inch balls.
  9. Roll the chocolate balls in unsweetened cocoa powder.
