Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chili, with or (15 ounce) can without beans
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box corn muffin mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Brown ground beef.
  3. Drain well.
  4. Add taco seasoning and water to ground beef.
  5. Prepare corn muffin mix as directed on box.
  6. Mix ground beef and corn muffin mixture.
  7. Spray 10x15 pan with cooking spray.
  8. Pour mixture into pan.
  9. Level mixture.
  10. Bake for 25 minutes.
