Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. light white cake mix
  • 8 oz. plain yogurt
  • 1 tsp. lemon extract
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup cholesterol free egg product or 3 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
