Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 carton whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup broken walnuts
  • 9-inch unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except whipped cream into a bowl and pour into the unbaked pie shell.
  2. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 50 to 55 minutes until the top is crackly brown and the filling just quivers when nudged.
