Ingredients

  • 2 small pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
  • 1 small Cool Whip
  • 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained

Instructions

  1. Cook the vanilla tapioca pudding with 3 cups of liquid until thick.
  2. Sprinkle and mix the orange Jell-O into the pudding mixture.
  3. Cool and refrigerate until chilled.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip, drained crushed pineapple, and drained mandarin oranges.
  5. Refrigerate before serving.
