Ingredients

  • 3 qt. pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 3 c. orange juice
  • 1/3 c. lime juice
  • sugar to taste
  • 1 c. mint leaves
  • 2 (32 oz.) bottles ginger ale
  • 1 (32 oz.) bottle club soda
  • 1 pt. fresh strawberries

Instructions

  1. Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, orange juice, and lime juice in a large container.
  2. Add sugar to taste and stir until dissolved.
  3. Add mint leaves to the mixture.
  4. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator.
  5. Just before serving, add ginger ale, club soda, and fresh strawberries.
  6. Serve over ice in punch cups.
