Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding
  • 1 pkg. orange tapioca pudding
  • 1 pkg. orange gelatin
  • 3 c. water
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. cream, whipped

Instructions

  1. Cook vanilla and orange tapioca puddings in water for 3 minutes.
  2. Add orange gelatin to the pudding mixture, then cool until slightly jelled.
  3. Drain crushed pineapple thoroughly and add it to the pudding mixture.
  4. Fold in whipped cream gently until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a dish and refrigerate until chilled.
  6. Whipped topping may be substituted for whipped cream if desired.
