- Beat eggs until light.
- Gradually add sugar, beating until thick and lemon colored.
- Stir in ground cardamom.
- Sift flour and salt together.
- Blend the flour mixture into the egg mixture alternately with heavy cream.
- Place 1 tablespoon of batter a little off center on the krumkaka iron.
- Close the lid and cook a few minutes, turning the pan once to brown both sides.
- Remove from the iron with a spatula and immediately roll into a cone shape.
