Ingredients

  • 2 lg. cucumbers
  • Olive oil (or oil of choice)
  • Vinegar
  • 2 T. sugar
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash, but do not peel, cucumbers. Slice thin. Add a small amount of oil and a small amount of vinegar. Mix in sugar, salt and pepper to taste.
