Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Italian salad dressing mix
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Slice potatoes in quarter pieces.
  2. Pat dry with paper towel. Roll in melted butter.
  3. Sprinkle each with salad dressing mix, cheese and flour.
  4. Bake at 400° for 35 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with paprika.
