Instructions
- Boil the potato until well done.
- Mash a small portion of the potato with a fork.
- Add a small amount of powdered sugar to the mashed potato.
- Alternate adding potato and sugar until all has been mixed well.
- Mix until the dough has the look of bread dough.
- Sprinkle powdered sugar on a cookie sheet or wax paper.
- Roll out the dough thin on the sugar, then spread a layer of peanut butter on top.
- Roll the layered dough into a log shape and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Refrigerate the candies for a while before serving.
