Ingredients

  • 2 potatoes (about 8 oz. each)
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Scrub potatoes with a vegetable brush under cool running water.
  3. Pat dry with paper towel.
  4. Place the potatoes on a cutting board.
  5. Carefully slice each potato very thin.
  6. Place the potato slices in a single layer on a large nonstick baking pan.
  7. Sprinkle lightly with salt.
  8. Add the topping of your choice for Sesame Chips or Italian-style Chips.
  9. When chips have cooled slightly, carefully remove them from the pan with a spatula.
