Ingredients

  • sliced potatoes
  • sliced squash (zucchini)
  • spaghetti sauce with ground beef
  • bread crumbs
  • Mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Spoon a small portion of sauce in bottom of a deep casserole dish.
  2. Place potatoes and squash on top of sauce, then continue layering bread crumbs and cheese, then repeat layering each thing like you would do lasagna.
  3. Top with cheese.
  4. Bake 1 hour.
