Ingredients

  • 1 loaf bread
  • 2 bunches green onions, chopped (tops also)
  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • dash of pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove crusts from bread.
  2. Cut slices into 4 triangles.
  3. Toast on both sides.
  4. Mix onions, bacon, mayonnaise and pepper together. Spread on toasts (use about 1 teaspoon on each triangle).
  5. Makes 5 dozen.
